Webflow Pricing in 2026: Which Plan You Need, Plan by Plan, With the Limits and Add-On Costs

Most pricing pages tell you what a plan costs. This one tells you what each plan lets you do, what runs out first and what the next step up really costs, using Webflow's own pricing page and help centre. Checked 1 November 2026.

Webflow Pricing in 2026: Which Plan You Need, Plan by Plan, With the Limits and Add-On Costs

Key takeaways

  • Pick the plan by the limit you will hit first. Basic has no CMS at all. Premium adds the CMS and starts at 50 GB of bandwidth a month. Everything else on a normal marketing site fits inside those two.
  • On yearly billing, Basic costs $15 monthly and Premium costs $25 monthly, so $180 and $300 over the year. Webflow lists all prices in US dollars, per site, with tax added at checkout.
  • The free Starter plan is a test bench, not a small site. It has two static pages, 1 GB of bandwidth a month and 50 form submissions in total, and it publishes only to a webflow.io address.
  • Bandwidth is the only add-on most sites will ever buy. Going from 50 GB to 100 GB adds $20 a month on yearly billing, and the top step of 2.5 TB brings Premium to $999 a month.
  • Two plans are not for a small business. Team costs $2,500 a month on an annual contract, and Enterprise is priced by sales.
  • The Workspace plan is a separate bill. A free Workspace is enough for one site you build yourself. Paid Workspaces start at $19 a month and matter for staging and code export.

For the build price and the first-year budget, read our Webflow website cost guide. This guide is about choosing the plan.

The two bills, and why people mix them up

Webflow sells two kinds of plan.

Plan typeWhat it pays forWho needs it
Site planHosting one site, its domain, its CMS and its bandwidthEvery site that is live on its own domain
Workspace planThe place where sites are built and staged, plus seats and tools for the teamBuilders, agencies and teams

Webflow's pricing page says every account gets a free Workspace and a free Starter site plan. When a site needs to go live on a domain, you upgrade that one site to a paid site plan. Any Workspace can hold an unlimited number of paid site plans, according to Webflow's pricing FAQ. So an owner who hires a designer usually pays only for the site plan.

Plan by plan: what you get

We read Webflow's pricing page on 1 November 2026. The tables use only figures printed there.

We state only the counts Webflow prints as numbers. If a figure matters for your project, check the live page the day you buy. Our Webflow forms guide explains how the form limits behave, and our Webflow CMS guide explains what the item and collection limits mean in practice.

What only Premium unlocks

Webflow's page lists these as additions over Basic:

  1. The Webflow CMS, for blogs, case studies and directories.
  2. Code components.
  3. Site search.
  4. Form file upload.
  5. Well-known files, which are files hosted for domain verification and similar jobs.

If you want a blog that grows past a few posts, you want Premium. If you want a five-page site that rarely changes, Basic covers it.

Team and Enterprise

Webflow shows Team at $2,500 a month, on an annual contract. That is $30,000 a year. It adds Webflow Localize with two locales, publishing workflows, a site activity log, five full seats and priority support. Enterprise is "Everything in Team, plus" custom roles, granular permissions and a dedicated account manager, and Webflow gives no price for it.

Neither is aimed at a small business site.

Bandwidth: the add-on you may actually buy

Bandwidth is the data your site sends to visitors each month. Basic has 10 GB. Premium starts at 50 GB, and Webflow's pricing page lists steps of 100 GB, 150 GB, 200 GB, 300 GB, 400 GB, 500 GB, 750 GB, 1 TB, 1.5 TB, 2 TB and 2.5 TB.

Webflow's pricing FAQ prices each step as an add-on to Premium. The table below adds each add-on to the $25 base on yearly billing.

Bandwidth stepAdd-on, yearly billingPremium total a monthPremium total a year
50 GBnone$25$300
100 GB$20$45$540
150 GB$40$65$780
200 GB$60$85$1,020
300 GB$100$125$1,500
400 GB$140$165$1,980
500 GB$174$199$2,388
750 GB$274$299$3,588
1 TB$374$399$4,788
1.5 TB$574$599$7,188
2 TB$774$799$9,588
2.5 TB$974$999$11,988

The add-on column is Webflow's number and the other columns are our sums. Webflow's FAQ labels the add-ons by the size added, such as "+50 GB", so we matched each to the step on the pricing page above. Monthly billing costs more per step. The first add-on is $30 instead of $20.

How much bandwidth a site really uses

This part is an illustration, not a Webflow figure. If an average visit loads 3 MB of pages and images, 10 GB covers about 3,300 visits a month and 50 GB covers about 16,000. A site with heavy video or large uncompressed images uses far more per visit. Webflow also says two months in a row over the limit triggers an automatic plan upgrade.

Workspace plans: only if you build or stage

Workspace planPrice on yearly billingPer yearStaging sitesPages per staged site
StarterFree$022
Core$19 a month$22810300
Growth$49 a month$588UnlimitedNot stated

Webflow lists custom code and code export under Core, and site password protection plus 301 redirects under Growth. Webflow's FAQ also says you can export your site and host it elsewhere with a paid Workspace plan. It adds a warning: dynamic content exports one collection at a time and forms stop working once the site is hosted elsewhere.

If a freelancer or agency builds your site, they bring their own Workspace, and you only buy the site plan. Our Webflow maintenance page covers ongoing care.

Which plan for which site

Your sitePlan to start onWhy
A test or a client previewStarterFree, but only two pages and a webflow.io address
A five to ten page site that rarely changesBasicCustom domain, 300 pages, unlimited forms, no CMS needed
A site with a blog, case studies or a directoryPremiumBasic has no CMS

A site that gets heavy traffic or hosts videoPremium plus a bandwidth stepAdd bandwidth in steps instead of moving plans

A Basic site that later needs a blog must move to Premium, a $120 yearly rise. Choose by what the site needs in its first year, not by the lowest number.

Frequently asked questions

What is the cheapest Webflow plan I can put on my own domain?

That would be Basic: $15 monthly when billed yearly, or $180 a year. You get a custom domain, 300 static pages and unlimited form submissions. It does not include the CMS, so it suits a small site with fixed pages.

What is the difference between Basic and Premium?

Premium adds the Webflow CMS, code components, site search and form file upload. It also starts at 50 GB of bandwidth a month against 10 GB on Basic. It costs $25 a month on yearly billing, $10 a month more than Basic.

Is the free Webflow plan enough for a small business?

No. Starter has no custom domain, two static pages, 1 GB of bandwidth a month and 50 form submissions in total. It is for building and testing. Move to a paid site plan when you want a live site on your own domain.

How much does extra bandwidth cost?

On Premium, the first step up from 50 GB to 100 GB adds $20 a month on yearly billing. A step to 500 GB adds $174 a month, and the 2.5 TB step adds $974. Each add-on is billed on top of the $25 Premium base.

Do I need a paid Workspace plan?

Not for one site that you build alone. The free Workspace has one full seat and two staging sites. Core at $19 a month adds ten staging sites and code export, and Growth at $49 a month adds unlimited staging sites. They suit people who build for others.

Is the Team plan worth it for a growing business?

Only if you need what it adds, such as publishing workflows, two included locales and an activity log. It costs $2,500 a month on an annual contract. Most growing businesses do better on Premium plus a bandwidth step, and a maintenance plan if they want help.

Can I leave Webflow later and host elsewhere?

Yes, with a paid Workspace plan you can export your site and host it anywhere. Webflow warns that forms stop working after an export and that dynamic content exports one collection at a time. Plan the form and CMS move before you leave. Our WordPress website cost guide shows what the other route costs.

Why do other sites show different Webflow prices?

Many predate the May 2026 plan change at Webflow, which folded the CMS and Business plans into Premium. Currency and tax also differ by country. Open Webflow's pricing page again on the day you buy.
