Specific deliverables, timelines, pricing, and scope are defined in written agreements, proposals, or statements of work (SOW).

No service begins until a written agreement or funded milestone is confirmed.

Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Deliver required assets (copy, branding, credentials, media) on time
• Review and approve deliverables within agreed timelines
• Fund milestones before work begins

Project delays caused by lack of feedback, missing assets, or scope changes may result in timeline adjustments.

Payments and Billing

All pricing is stated in USD unless otherwise specified.

Payments must be made:

We process payments through secure third-party providers including Stripe, Wise, Payoneer, Upwork, or other authorized platforms.

We do not store credit card information.

Failure to complete payment may result in suspension of services.

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of custom digital services, consulting, and downloadable digital products:

All payments are non-refundable unless explicitly stated in a written agreement.

If a billing error occurs, clients must notify us within 7 days of the transaction.

For project-based services, refund terms (if any) are governed by the specific client agreement.

Intellectual Property

• Clients receive rights to the final approved deliverables
• Amariq retains the right to showcase completed work in portfolios, case studies, marketing materials, and social media unless otherwise agreed in writing

Custom frameworks, internal systems, templates, and reusable components remain the intellectual property of Amariq unless explicitly transferred.

Digital Products and Educational Content

Courses, templates, and downloadable products are licensed for personal or business use only.

You may not:

• Resell
• Redistribute
• Share login credentials
• Claim authorship
• Repurpose for commercial resale

Violation may result in access termination and legal action.

Affiliate Disclosure

No Performance Guarantees

We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, pricing changes, or disruptions caused by these platforms.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend services if:

• Payment is not completed
• Terms are violated
• Abusive, fraudulent, or unlawful conduct occurs

Clients may terminate according to terms outlined in their project agreement.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes shall be resolved under Wyoming jurisdiction.

Dispute Resolution

Before initiating formal legal action, both parties agree to:
1. Attempt informal resolution in good faith
2. Provide written notice of dispute
3. Allow 30 days for resolution
