My Facebook page is working. Why do I need a website?
Keep your Facebook page. It works because you pay for it to work. The problem is what happens before and after that payment.
Before the click, Google sends nothing to a Facebook page. So everybody searching for what you sell goes to another shop. After the click, your customer lands in a feed full of other ads. And the day you stop paying, everything stops.
A website fixes all three. And you still keep your Facebook page.
I already have a website, but it is bad. Can you fix it?
Send us the address first. Sometimes it is cheaper to build again, sometimes it is not.
If your website is worth keeping, we will tell you what to fix and what it costs. If it is not, we will say so. We will not quietly sell you a package you do not need.
Either way you keep your web address and your place on Google. You do not start from zero.
What if your design is not better than my competitor’s?
Then you do not pay. Show us the website of your biggest competitor, even the biggest company in your field. If you do not agree that our design is better, we give back your advance and you owe us nothing.
You see the full design before you pay the second half, and changes at the design stage are free.
How much do I have to pay every month?
Nothing to us. The package price is one payment for the whole website.
You will pay for a domain name and hosting. Together that is about BDT 7,500 a year, and you pay it straight to the company. We do not add anything on top.
If you want us to look after the website for you, that is BDT 3,000 a month. You can stop it any time.
Can I change the website myself?
Yes. You can change a price, change a photo or add a post from a simple screen. Before we go live, we sit with you once and show you how.
If you do not want to touch it, just send us the change. It is part of the care plan.
Can the website be in Bangla?
Yes. Bangla, English, or both with a button to change between them.
We use fonts that show Bangla properly on a phone. Many ready-made templates do not.
Do you write the words and take the photos?
We write the words. You talk to us about your business on the call. Send us anything you already have. Then we write every page for you, and that is included in the price.
Photos are not included, but you usually do not need a photographer. Good photos from your own phone work better than stock photos of somebody else’s shop. We will tell you how to take them.
Who owns the website at the end?
You do. The domain name is in your name. The hosting account is yours. On the day we go live, we give you every password.
If you want to work with another company next year, you take the whole website with you. We will help you move it. We keep nothing back.
How do I pay, and when?
Half when you say yes to the plan. Half on the day the website goes live. You can use bKash, Nagad or bank transfer, and we give you a receipt both times.
You see the finished design before the second payment. So you never pay for something you have not seen.
What if I do not like the design?
Tell us and we change it. At the design stage there is no limit and no extra cost.
We build nothing until you say yes to how it looks.
Do you work with businesses outside Dhaka?
Yes, anywhere in the country, and the price is the same. We do everything on WhatsApp and on the phone. That is how we have always worked with clients in other countries.
How long until my website is live?
It depends on the package. A one-page website is the fastest, and an online shop takes longer. We give you a date before you pay anything.
The clock starts when we have your photos and your prices, not when you pay. If we are waiting for those, your project waits too. So we will keep asking you for them.
