Best Agencies for Wix and Squarespace Migrations in 2026: What Each One Commits To in Writing

Most "best migration agency" lists are written by an agency that ranks itself first. This one compares eight studios on the only thing you can check before a call: what each studio's own migration page says about price, time, redirects and your rankings. We read every page on 22 October 2026, along with Webflow's own migration notes for Wix and Squarespace.

Best Agencies for Wix and Squarespace Migrations in 2026: What Each One Commits To in Writing

Key takeaways

  • There is no automatic converter. Webflow's help centre says there is no automated way to turn a Wix or Squarespace site into a Webflow site; the move is a rebuild, not a transfer.
  • Wix blog posts and media need hands-on work. Webflow's Wix guide says Wix blog posts cannot be exported to other platforms and media files cannot be downloaded all at once. Its Squarespace guide says the same about bulk image export.
  • Only one of the eight pages publishes a migration price. Happiworks says simple sites start around $1,500. Seota names about $25 a month for the hosting it recommends, and the rest quote per project.
  • Written timelines run from 1 to 10 weeks. Happiworks says 1 to 2 weeks for most Wix sites, Amply and Creative Corner 2 to 4, Pretty Nice Websites 4 to 6, and Creative Corner up to 6 to 10 for larger Squarespace sites.
  • Redirects are the line to check. Four of the eight pages commit in writing to 301 redirects or a full URL map. Ask the others to put it in the proposal.
  • The list is alphabetical. Amariq is our studio and it appears first because A comes first, not because we ranked it.

How we built this list

We searched Google on 22 October 2026 for Wix and Squarespace migration agencies, read each studio's own migration page, and recorded only what the page states. We did not hire these studios, test their work or speak to their clients, so this is not a quality ranking. It shows what each studio commits to in writing, which is what you can hold a proposal to.

Every studio here lists a Wix or Squarespace migration service on its own site. Most move sites to Webflow, and one moves them to WordPress, so the list covers both destinations.

What has to happen in any Wix or Squarespace move

Before comparing studios, know the work. Webflow published migration guides for both platforms, and they agree on the shape:

  1. Audit. List every page and its address, every form, app and piece of custom code, and every title, description and redirect you already have.
  2. Collect the content by hand where needed. Webflow's Wix guide says CMS collections and store products can be exported, but blog posts cannot, and images come out one at a time from the Media Manager. Its Squarespace guide says Squarespace has no bulk image export either.
  3. Check font licences. Fonts available through Wix are licensed only for use on your Wix site, per Webflow's guide, so you need your own licence to use them elsewhere.
  4. Rebuild. Pages, styles, CMS structure and animations are recreated in the new platform.
  5. Redirect before cutover. Webflow's guide says redirects should be added before the domain switch, and suggests lowering your DNS time-to-live in advance to cut downtime.
  6. Monitor. Watch Search Console for 404s and indexing errors after launch.

A studio that describes these steps on its page has at least thought about them. One that only says "seamless" and "zero downtime" has not told you how.

Each studio in brief

Amariq

Our own studio. Our Webflow migration service moves sites from WordPress, Wix, Duda or a custom stack. The page says we inventory every URL, ranking page, form and tracking tag first, build the redirect map and have it signed off during design, and keep URLs or redirect them one by one. It puts most migrations at four to ten weeks, depending on the number of pages and posts, the clean-up needed and whether the design changes at the same time. Our founder, Rahat Khondokar, is a certified Webflow developer.

Good for: a business that wants the move and its search history handled as one written plan. Ask us: for the redirect map in the proposal, which is how we work anyway.

Amply

Amply's Wix to Webflow page gives 2 to 4 weeks from start to finish and sets out a step to match old URLs to new ones with 301 redirects. It is candid about the hard part: it says Wix does not offer true content export and that Wix blog content is "tricky to move." Pricing is per project.

Good for: a straightforward Wix site that wants a short, defined process.

BRIX Agency

BRIX lists Wix to Webflow and Squarespace to Webflow migration pages. On the Wix page we read, it did not state a price, a timeline, a redirect commitment or what content moves, and it says a team member replies within 24 business hours.

Good for: a business that wants a larger Webflow studio and is happy to get the details on a call.

Creative Corner

Creative Corner's Squarespace to Webflow page gives 2 to 4 weeks, with larger sites with blogs, ecommerce or custom functionality at 6 to 10. It says Squarespace exports blog content cleanly while pages and design are rebuilt, and advises being ready for URL structure differences. It does not say who handles the redirects.

Good for: a Squarespace site with a blog. Ask: who writes and tests the redirect list.

Flowout

Flowout is a Webflow studio with addresses in Maribor, Slovenia and Wilmington, Delaware. Its Wix page says it sets up 301 redirects, transfers meta tags and maintains URL structures, and moves pages, blog posts, images and media. It gives no timeline or migration price; its listed services start at $2,500 for hourly packages and $5,900 a month for development.

Good for: a company that wants ongoing Webflow work after the move.

Happiworks

Happiworks' Wix page is the most specific we read. It says simple sites start around $1,500, most migrations take 1 to 2 weeks, every existing URL gets a destination before development begins, and anything that changes gets a 301. It lists content, images, URLs, titles, descriptions and alt text as moving across, and handles Wix Stores, Bookings and Members case by case. It also says plainly that "nobody can promise rankings."

Good for: a small Wix site that wants a published starting price.

Pretty Nice Websites

Pretty Nice Websites, which links itself to San Diego, says a Squarespace to Webflow move typically takes 4 to 6 weeks depending on size and whether the design is refreshed. Its page talks about applying SEO best practice to the new site and reorganising content, but does not mention redirects or keeping current rankings.

Good for: a Squarespace site that wants a tidy-up as part of the move. Ask: for the redirect plan in writing.

Seota

Seota, headquartered in Frisco, Texas, moves Wix and Squarespace sites to WordPress rather than Webflow. Its page says it maps URLs, keeps key pages and carries over important SEO elements, and that it typically recommends hosting such as Pressable at around $25 a month. It also says migration alone "does not guarantee ranking improvements." If you are moving from WordPress the other way, to Webflow, see our WordPress migration guide.

Good for: a business that has decided on WordPress. Our Webflow vs WordPress comparison helps if that choice is still open.

Questions to put in every proposal

Ask each studio to answer these in writing, then compare the answers rather than the logos:

  • Will you deliver a full list of current URLs with the new address or redirect for each, before launch?
  • How will you move blog posts and images, given Wix and Squarespace limits on export?
  • Who licenses the fonts on the new site?
  • What happens to forms, bookings, member areas and store products?
  • Who owns the new platform account, the domain and the analytics after launch?
  • What do you check in Search Console in the first month, and who fixes 404s?

Our guide to choosing a web design agency has a longer list, and our redesign SEO checklist covers the redirect work step by step.

Should you move at all?

Not every Wix or Squarespace site should move. If the site brings in enquiries and the complaint is only how it looks, a redesign on the same platform costs less and carries no migration risk. Our Wix vs Webflow guide lists the signs that a Wix site should stay, and our Squarespace, Webflow and Framer comparison covers when Squarespace is still the right home.

How Amariq handles a migration

We plan a move as one written job: an inventory of every URL, ranking page, form and tracking tag, a redirect map you approve during design, the rebuild, and checks on the live site after the domain switch. Work is priced from its scope, never by the hour. You pay 40% up front, 30% on design approval and the last 30% before the site goes live; when that is paid, the design, copy and code are yours, and the domain, hosting and analytics accounts are held in your name. See our Webflow migration page to start.

Frequently asked questions

Can a Wix site be moved to Webflow automatically?

No. Webflow's help centre says there is no automated way to convert a Wix site, and that the move is a rebuild. CMS collections and store products can be exported from Wix, but blog posts cannot, and images come out one at a time.

How long does a Wix or Squarespace migration take?

The studio pages we read give 1 to 2 weeks (Happiworks, most Wix sites), 2 to 4 weeks (Amply, Creative Corner), 4 to 6 weeks (Pretty Nice Websites) and 4 to 10 weeks (Amariq). Larger sites with blogs or stores take longer.

How much does a migration agency cost?

Most studios quote per project. Of the eight pages we read, Happiworks was the only one with a published migration starting price, at around $1,500 for simple sites.

Will I lose my Google rankings?

Not if every changed address gets a 301 redirect and titles, descriptions and content carry across. No studio can promise rankings, and Happiworks says so on its page. Webflow's guide says to add redirects before the domain switch.

Can I keep my domain?

Yes. Webflow's guide says it is not a registrar, so you connect your domain by changing DNS records where it is registered. A domain bought through Wix can stay there with updated records, or move to another registrar first.

Should I move to Webflow or WordPress?

Webflow suits a team that wants visual editing without plugin upkeep; WordPress suits sites that rely on specific plugins. Our platform guide starts from the job your site does.

Do I need to redesign during the move?

No. A studio can match the current design or combine the move with a redesign. Keeping them separate makes it easier to see what each change did to your traffic.
