Best Webflow Agencies in the UK and Europe in 2026: Prices and Claims Checked

Many UK "best Webflow agency" lists are written by an agency that ranks itself first, and the listings we saw rarely show a price. We read the sites of five studios in the UK and Europe on 23 October 2026 and put what each says about price, timeline and partner status in one place, with the claims you should check before you sign.

Best Webflow Agencies in the UK and Europe in 2026: Prices and Claims Checked

Key takeaways

  • Only two of the five publish a price. Spurwing lists design-and-build projects at £15,000 to £50,000 excluding VAT, and ViDesigns lists most projects at £20,000 and above. MakeBuild, Digidop and Flow Ninja show no price on the pages we read.
  • Timelines are published by the same two. Spurwing says most projects take 8 to 12 weeks. ViDesigns says a 10-page site takes about 8 to 10 weeks and a WordPress migration 12 to 18.
  • Partner tiers are self-reported. Four of the five describe themselves as Webflow Enterprise or Premium partners. We could not read Webflow's own directory page, so confirm each claim there.
  • The order is a rule, not a ranking. Studios are ordered by lowest published starting price, then those without a price in alphabetical order. Nobody paid to be here.
  • The cheapest way to find a fit is to ask three studios for a written scope, a fixed price and a timeline, and compare them on the same terms.

The short answer

For a UK marketing team with a budget from £15,000, Spurwing and ViDesigns publish enough to compare. For an enterprise-level build in London, MakeBuild describes itself as an Enterprise partner. For a Paris-based team that works in French and English, look at Digidop. For ongoing Webflow operations from a Belgrade-based team with a US address, Flow Ninja describes a managed service. If your budget is smaller than £10,000, none of these five states a price that low, so ask a smaller studio or a freelancer.

Who is writing: Amariq is a web design studio that builds on Webflow, and Rahat Khondokar, who founded it, holds the Webflow developer certification. We compete with studios like these, so we have left ourselves out of the list and kept the facts to what each studio's own site says. For our own method see how we choose a platform.

How we chose, and what we read

We looked at what Google showed on 23 October 2026 for "best webflow agencies uk" and "best webflow agencies europe" (searched with the UK setting). The results included Webflow's partner directory, Clutch, and roundups from Blushush, ToJupiter, Wavespace, Flow Ninja, Lighthouse Digital and Musemind. Then we opened each studio's own site and recorded only what it states. We read five studios in full. Others in the results, such as Lighthouse Digital and Flowtrix, are not described here because we did not read their pages.

All prices are in pounds sterling, excluding VAT, and are the studio's published figures on 23 October 2026.

Spurwing

Spurwing says it is UK-based with an in-house team, and that it designs, builds and migrates Webflow sites. Its site lists design-and-build projects at £15,000 to £50,000 and development-only projects from around £10,000, both excluding UK VAT. It says most projects take 8 to 12 weeks and include 60 days of bug-fixing support for issues related to its work. It also offers handover, training and support retainers.

ViDesigns

ViDesigns has a Chiswick, London address. Its pricing is the most detailed of the five. A focused design and build starts at £15,000, most projects are £20,000 and above, and larger strategy, copy, design and migration work is typically £25,000 to £45,000 and above. Retainers start at £1,000 a month for maintenance and training and £2,500 a month for unlimited design and development. A 10-page site takes about 8 to 10 weeks, and a migration from a platform such as WordPress 12 to 18 weeks. It says it has delivered more than 300 Webflow projects.

Digidop

Digidop is headquartered in Paris and was founded in 2021. Its services include strategy, design, Webflow development, migration and search and AI visibility work. It lists Webflow awards for 2023 and 2024 and says it serves brands across Europe and the US. Several client results on its site are the agency's own figures. No price or timeline is published.

Flow Ninja

Flow Ninja lists an office in New Belgrade, Serbia, and another in the United States. Its services are a full rebrand, Webflow development and migration, and an ongoing "WebOps" service covering content updates, technical SEO monitoring and quarterly conversion audits. It says it holds ISO 27001 and has a 4.9 out of 5 rating from 51 reviews on Clutch. The savings and traffic figures on its site are claims. No plan prices are shown.

MakeBuild

MakeBuild is at Somerset House in London and says it was founded in 2020. It offers Webflow design and build, migration, design systems, a retainer, and conversion and SEO audits. Its page describes it as a "Webflow Premium Enterprise partner" and says that in 2025 to 2026 it became Webflow's top Enterprise partner in Europe. Clients named on the page include Sky, PwC and Typeform. No price or timeline is published.

What a UK budget buys

Using the published figures, here is the arithmetic. These are not quotes.

ItemSourceAmount
Design and build, low endSpurwing£15,000
Design and build, high endSpurwing£50,000
Typical projectViDesigns£20,000 and above
Maintenance retainer for a yearViDesigns, £1,000 a month£12,000
Unlimited design retainer for a yearViDesigns, £2,500 a month£30,000

If a studio's price excludes VAT and you cannot reclaim it, add UK VAT at the standard rate to every figure. The Webflow site plan is a separate running cost on top of the studio's fee, and it is priced in dollars, so check the sterling total at checkout.

What the ranking pages miss

We read the headlines and snippets of the roundups above and looked at the studios' pages directly. Three gaps stood out.

  1. They rank themselves. ToJupiter's list and the Lighthouse Digital page both put their publisher first, and several results call their own studio the number one in Europe. A list written by a contender cannot settle that.
  2. Prices are missing or old. The listing text rarely gives a figure. ToJupiter's listing, dated 28 September 2026, quotes ViDesigns packages at £13,500, £25,000 and £40,000, while ViDesigns's own site on 23 October says a focused build starts at £15,000.
  3. Tier claims are not checked. "Enterprise partner" and "Premium partner" appear throughout, but the lists do not link to Webflow's own directory where the claim could be confirmed.

How to verify a studio before you pay

  1. Look the studio up in Webflow's partner directory and check the tier it claims.
  2. Ask for two live client sites and open them yourself. Test them on a phone.
  3. Ask for a written scope with a fixed price, what is not included, and the timeline.
  4. Ask who owns the Webflow site plan and the Workspace. Your site should sit in your account.
  5. Ask what happens after launch: support days, retainer terms and how to leave.
  6. Ask for the redirect plan if the site is replacing an old one.

Our guide to choosing a web design agency turns these into a scorecard, and the Webflow cost guide explains what the build price covers.

How we work

Amariq builds Webflow sites for marketing teams. We price each project from its scope and never by the hour. Payment runs 40% at kickoff, 30% on design sign-off and 30% before go-live. Once you have paid in full, the design, copy and code pass to you, and the domain, hosting and analytics accounts stay registered in your name. See our Webflow development service, and for other countries read our guides to Webflow agencies in the United States and Australia.

Frequently asked questions

How much does a Webflow agency cost in the UK?

Of the five studios above, Spurwing lists £15,000 to £50,000 for design and build, and ViDesigns lists most projects at £20,000 and above, both excluding VAT. The other three publish no price.

How long does a Webflow build take?

Across the two that publish timelines, expect roughly 8 to 12 weeks for a new build, and 12 to 18 weeks when ViDesigns migrates a site from another platform.

Is a Webflow Enterprise partner better than a Premium partner?

Not automatically. The tier describes the agency's relationship with Webflow, and the pages we read do not explain how a tier is earned. Judge a studio on its live sites and its written scope.

Should I choose a UK agency or a European one?

Choose on fit, price and time zone. A UK studio quotes in pounds and adds UK VAT, while a Paris or Belgrade studio may quote in euros or dollars. Ask which currency and tax apply.

Is a Webflow freelancer cheaper than an agency?

Often, yes, but you carry more of the project management. Compare a freelancer's written scope and past sites with an agency's on the same terms. Our guide to agency vs freelancer vs in-house goes through the trade-off.

Do these agencies include hosting?

Webflow hosts the site on its own plan, which you pay Webflow for. Ask whether the plan is in your name or in the studio's Workspace, so you can move the site if you leave.

What should I ask before hiring one?

Ask for a fixed price, a written scope, the timeline, what happens after launch, who owns the accounts, and two live sites you can open yourself.
